Niaouli essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and young twigs of the Melaleuca viridiflora tree, a member of the tea tree family native to Australia and also found in New Caledonia, Madagascar, and other tropical regions. Traditionally valued for its antiseptic and antibacterial properties, Niaouli offers a gentler, more aromatic alternative to Tea Tree oil, making it ideal for therapeutic blends and skincare applications.

Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.
Buyer can return or exchange essential oils only if sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
Carrier oils may not be returned or exchanged.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless goods arrived damaged.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Upon receipt of returned goods we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method, once we have confirmed the goods are in a re-saleable condition.
