Conditions of Return:
 
Aromatherapy shop
  • Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery.

  • In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

  • Buyer can return or exchange essential oils only if sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

  • Buyer can return or exchange candles only if unlit and in a re-saleable condition.

  • Carrier oils may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless goods arrived damaged.

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.

  • Upon receipt of returned goods we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method, once we have confirmed the goods are in a re-saleable condition.

Photographic Prints:
  • Damaged items: In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

  • Returns window: 21 days from date of delivery.

  • Condition of Return: Prints must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, and any damage incurred during transit may affect the refund. 

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
