Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

Buyer can return or exchange essential oils only if sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Buyer can return or exchange candles only if unlit and in a re-saleable condition.

Carrier oils may not be returned or exchanged.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless goods arrived damaged.

Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Upon receipt of returned goods we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method, once we have confirmed the goods are in a re-saleable condition.

Photographic Prints:

Damaged items: In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

Returns window: 21 days from date of delivery.

Condition of Return: Prints must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, and any damage incurred during transit may affect the refund.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
