First Burn:

Allow the first burn to last long enough (2-3 hours) for the wax to pool evenly across the top. This helps prevent tunneling. 

Wick Trimming:

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive soot and mushrooming. 

Burn Time:

Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time to prevent overheating and a weaker scent throw. 

Drafts:

Keep candles away from drafts, as they can cause uneven burning and soot buildup. 

Storage:

Store candles in a cool, shady area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. 

Extinguishing:

Use a candle snuffer or wick dipper instead of blowing out the candle to prevent splattering and an uneven wax surface. 

Tunneling:

To prevent tunneling, ensure the entire top surface of the wax melts during the burn. 

Cleaning:

Clean out your candle jar periodically to remove soot and debris buildup. 

 

Conditions of Return:

Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Proof of damage will need to be provided.

Buyer can return or exchange candle only if unlit and in a re-saleable condition.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless goods arrived damaged.

Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Upon receipt of returned goods we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method, once we have confirmed the goods are in a re-saleable condition.
