To make a massage blend add 27 drops (3%) to 30 ml of a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil. Massage into the body 2 to 3 times per day. Do not use on the face. Alternatively add 8 drops of essential oil blend to a splash of carrier oil and add to a nice warm bath & relax! Soak for around 10 mins, 20 if no-one is banging on the bathroom door. Always mix your blend with a carrier oil before adding to the bath. Epsom salts, milk or water just wont cut it. If you don't you will feel it in the most delicate of areas & it will make you cry, or you may break out in a rash & no-one wants that. Pop up to 3 drops of essential oil blend to your pillow or a tissue for inhalation. Alternatively add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil blend to a hot (but not boiling) bowl of water for a steam inhalation. Hold head, covered with a towel & eyes shut (important to shut your eyes or you will cry), breath through the nose for 5 minutes. Add up to 20 drops in a room diffuser or oil burner, breath deep & enjoy. (Don't forget to light a tealight candle under your burner or switch your diffuser on, otherwise it will just be oil in a bowl).
